At Paramount Baking Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality baked goods that meet the highest standards of freshness and customer satisfaction. Should you experience any quality-related issues with your purchase, we offer a refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for verified quality-related concerns, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Mold or spoilage occurring within 3 days of purchase.

  • Physical damage during handling.

  • Packaging defects affecting product integrity.


To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The issue must be substantiated with the following documentation:

    • Clear photographic evidence of the problem.

    • A copy of the original purchase receipt.


Requests that do not meet these requirements or are submitted outside the 30-day window may be denied.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Refund Request link on our website (located under "Contact").

  2. Complete the submission form.

  3. Upload the required documentation:

  • Clear photographs of the issue.

  • A detailed copy of the original purchase receipt.
     

Once your request has been submitted, our team will review the claim and respond within 3 to 5 business days.

Additional Information
 

  • Refunds will be issued via check and mailed to the address provided.

  • In compliance with Michigan law, opened food products cannot be returned. However, refunds may still be granted for quality-related issues if the concern is properly verified and documented.

  • Claims missing required documentation or submitted outside the eligibility window are subject to denial.
